Well, I guess I should have anticipated my trip would get interesting right from the beginning. I'm in Stockholm right now... One of my flights was delayed due to a combination of bad weather and mechanical malfunction. It means I missed my Copenhagen connection, and got re-routed to Sweden! I'm just killing time at the Arlanda airport, waiting for my final flight to Brussels. I've been here for six hours already. Two more to go. I'm not sure where my luggage is... I last saw it in Toronto. I hope to be reunited with it shortly!

I should be in Ghent by tonight, and it looks like I'll be spending my first night at the Youth Hostel "De Draecke." I have to wait until tomorrow morning for the housing office to open. Can't wait until I'm "home" in my new place!
